After completing a service, I removed the plastic circuit board cover, to find the barrier went to the upright position, and kept the number 4 displayed on the LCD screen.

Moving the wiring loom into the main terminal block, caused the screen and power to flicker on/off.

Fault - broken wire going into the common, but still making a slight connection.

Tip - Always give the wiring a light wriggle, see if that causing any change!
